Eileen was a sweet, lovely, and nice women. We are glad to have spent so many special occasions together, and will miss her!
I remember not too long ago (approx 10 yr.) Eileen having us over her house for one of the best pork roast dinner's I've ever had...just made so perfect and delicious the old fashioned way! Not to mention her cheese cake that is one of the best ever and delish too! Love the Santise Family.
