I feel incredibly fortunate to have had Aunt Vera in my life; she wasn't just my aunt but also my Godmother and one of the most influential individuals I've known. I cherish the precious moments we shared, especially the conversation we had mere hours before she embarked on her journey to heaven. I find solace in knowing that she now resides in a place where vitality and youthfulness abound, reunited with Uncle Larry, her siblings, and all her past family and friends, surrounded by love and joy.

I know I could speak for my brother and sisters when I say that we could have not been more fortunate to have an aunt more special than our Aunt Vera. She always made us feel good about who we were but was there to teach us what was right as caring parent would. She always had a positive energy and was always interested in what was happening in “your “ life. Her marriage with my Uncle Larry was an inspirational story that I have shared with many. I loved her very much and will miss her. Believing that she is together again with my uncle and knowing that she no longer has to live without her independence is what brings comfort. But, I will miss her very much.
