I remember "Mr. Davey" both as high school assistant principal and as principal of the jr. high, since I was both student and later taught for a year at the jr. high. He could keep us in line with a firm hand and a cheerful -- even mischievous -- smile. And he was a great "boss" for a young teacher who had little idea how to deal every day with 5 sets of 7th graders. Thanks for everything, Ed.
